Hello

Welcome to my public thoughts on my personal life goals. In 2014, I set out to change my lifestyle, and I began with the best way I knew how - my closet. I share with you, how the road to Perfecting My Closet, is helping me achieve my ultimate life goals.

New shampoo recommendation! - Peta2 Sparklehearts Squeaky Clean

New shampoo recommendation! - Peta2 Sparklehearts Squeaky Clean

I'm always on the look out for new products that are cruelty free, toxin-free, and effective. I received this from a friend and it definitely meets all the above criteria. I chose it from a pile of goodies and I'm not going to lie, the cute little rat on the label hit close to home haha.

The smell is delicious and since using it, my scalp has been less irritated and I've noticed a significant decline in eczema related dandruff (for those of you who are lucky enough not to know, eczema related dandruff is far different from regular dandruff and it suuuuucks because dandruff shampoos typically don't wok - at least not for me).

I haven't seen this product line anywhere where I live so I may have to order it on Amazon, but it's definitely something I'd switch to once I'm done with my current Body Shop Ginger Shampoo, which until now, I thought was doing a good job - I swore by that for the last 3.5 years because it irritated my scalp less than other brands I'd previously tried, but this one is MUCH BETTER! The Ginger shampoo gets my hair clean, but this one feels much better (and I haven't even tried the follow-up product yet).

There's also one from the Rocky Mountain Soap Company that my friend is currently trying and she will tell me how she finds it - I may opt for that if pricing is similar to the Peta2 after exchange rate and shipping since it would also be supporting Canadian businesses (that would be another win!)
