A personal challenge - 1 week of healthy eating
This week I am making a very conscious effort to eat healthy. (A side goals it to bring my lunch to work more). Taking some ideas from Pinterest, I grocery shopped with a list, and made a couple of salads and English muffin sandwiches.
These are my creations!
They are really tasty but my struggle is keeping strong, and not snacking unnecessarily, and also knowing when I'm actually full. The latter is the hardest for me - I need to retrain my stomach to feel satisfied. For myself, I know this has been completely bent out of shape due to my work schedule (sometimes not eating for hours and skipping meals, or attending too many client meetings and functions) so I have to make sure I eat at decent times, even if it's a tiny snack, so that I don't end up overeating when I have my meals.
Today is day 2 =S Yesterday wasn't too bad but I need to add something else to help with my hunger/food craving around 3-4pm.
