Hello

Welcome to my public thoughts on my personal life goals. In 2014, I set out to change my lifestyle, and I began with the best way I knew how - my closet. I share with you, how the road to Perfecting My Closet, is helping me achieve my ultimate life goals.

I accidentally did a face peel - Review

I accidentally did a face peel - Review

So I received this for free when I bought all my Tony Moly products and when I read the package, I don't know why, but I didn't think it was what it was on the package - Renew Peeling Pad. I think I just thought it was a typical face mask so I was quite surprised when I opened it and it was a little glove.

Overall, I gently scrubbed my face and it did lift the dead skin off my face! I don't know what an actual face peel feels like, but I could feel a slight sort of burning.. not burning, like bad, but a really clean feeling. I used cotton balls to wipe off any residue and then I immediately used a real face mask to soothe it.

This is also the first time I'm using this Pomegranate face mask and it smelled soooo nice. It's a firming one and I immediately felt my face cool down from the face peel, and then over the 15 minutes it was on, I could feel my face actually slowly tighten up.

After both treatments, my face felt so smooth and hydrated. I'll definitely be doing the peel again - I was a bit worried at first because of my skin, but it felt completely fine and I did it very gently and for a short period of time.. The first scrub area I did though, I did notice it was redder than the rest of my face because I did scrub harder than necessary, but that went away very quickly; about an hour or so later the red went away.

A 'need' versus a Need

It's interesting how tastes change
